HATFIELD, PAULENE H. age 96, born June 20, 1918 in Waco, TX passed away August 13, 2014 in Garland, TX at home with her loved ones. She is preceded in death by husband, Lee Vernon Hatfield retired Dallas Firefighter. Survived by daughters, Gayle Williams and Laurie Madsen; sons, Johnny Hatfield and David Hatfield and wife, Barbara Hatfield; brothers, Bill and Paul (twin); sisters, Faye and Erma Lee; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and two great-great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM Friday, August 15, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home.

Service will be held Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Restland Wildwood Chapel.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Hatfield shortly before her passing. Her little dog was so cute, sleeping under a blanket in her lap.

I love you and will miss you so much. You gave me sound advice and the best sister a girl could ask for. I remember coming to Galveston and you cooked for me and Laurie best country cooking in the world. For Mother Hatfields family my prayers are with you and love you all
