WATTS, VIVIAN LAVONE was born in Braman, Oklahoma on November 7, 1931 and passed away in Garland, Texas on August 12, 2014.
Preceded in death by:
Her mother Gladys and father Doyle McCulloch and brother Harold and husband Robert and our dad DeWitt Bennett.
Survived by:
Her two sons Randy & Ricky Bennett, grandchildren Clinton & Alex Bennett, and three grandchildren Rowdy, Reigan and Rylan.
Vivian was an active member of the Garland community devoting volunteer services to many interests including the Friendship House, a community outreach and ministry organization of First Baptist Church, Garland. Known as the Furniture Lady, she tirelessly devoted time to assisting families in need. Her homemade pecan pies were well known throughout the community and often arrived spontaneously at community doorsteps. Mom will be greatly missed by her family and the community she so faithfully served.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, August 16th 2014 from 2 – 3pm, in the chapel of First Baptist Church, Garland, TX.
